Low Fat Quiche Recipes

This recipe uses egg substitute and a low fat cheese.
You can vary the ingredients to your own taste.


If you don't have mini muffin pans you can make this recipe in a 9 inch pan and cut them into bite sized squares.



Low Fat Quiche

Ingredients:

1 cup Egg Beaters
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 Tbls onion flakes
1 1/2 cup skim milk
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped ham
4 ounces low fat yellow cheese, shredded


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place all the ingredients except ham and cheese in blender.
Blend together well.
Grease Mini Muffin pans with cooking spray
Pour mixture into mini muffin pans
Sprinkle ham and cheese over top of each one, pushig gently below surface.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
Wait 5 minutes before removing from the muffin trays.
